Bottle

This idea came to me after cracking a bottle of CNDP I’d been sitting on for five years and having it turn out terrible. The obvious culprits were the apartments I’d been aging it in: way too hot in the summer, very dry, and often with a lot of sunlight (or at least enough to damage wine).

Normally, a Vintage Keeper is the answer to an urban viniphile, but those are big, pricey, and impractical for the odd bottle I keep worth aging. This is more like the hand-stasis pod from Zoolander. I got as far as sourcing materials and prototyping some Peltier circuits for this guy, before I realized peltier cooling is a fools game.
